Anyone can participate in 23 Things for Digital Knowledge by reading through the content and completing each of the Things in their own time.

How long does it take?

iDEA – develop digital skills

What it is

iDEA is a programme that helps you develop digital, enterprise and employability skills for free. Through our series of online challenges and events, you can win career and life enhancing badges, unlock new opportunities and, ultimately, gain industry recognised awards that help you stand out from the crowd. iDEA is about lifelong learning, for anyone who wants to develop their skills. Our learners include school pupils, apprentices, business leaders, pensioners, students and community groups.

Why I found it useful

Discover skills you never knew you had and hone the ones you’ve already got by taking our online challenges. The challenges are split into core categories, each with its own series of badges to be won – citizen, worker, makerentrepreneur and gamer. As well as being fun, these badges will help you show off what you’ve learned and could, when the time comes, help you land the job you want.

Who might find this useful?

People who want to develop digital skills and more and enjoy the experience of learning at a time that suits them.

How long does it take?
