Starting next week, a five week programme of “Wellbeing Wednesday Webinars” will begin and is open for all staff to attend.  The webinars have been designed and will be delivered by our Employee Assistance Service provider Time for Talking.

The webinars, announced today (7 April) to celebrate World Health Day, will take place every Wednesday in April (Stress Awareness Month) on the run up to Mental Health Awareness Week in May and cover a variety of subjects to help support and improve your wellbeing.
