Managers should submit the online form below when requesting increases or decreases to employee’s working hours or annual contracted weeks. Please note, this form was previously called a ‘Workforce Change Form‘.
Use this Form to Increase or Decrease an Employee’s Contracted Hours and/or Weeks.
Please note the maximum hours that can be requested are 35 hours per week, subject to established FTE.

Please ensure that you have checked that there are no restrictions or implications for the employee increasing their hours. For example, the employee could have a student visa that places a restriction on the maximum number of hours they can work in a week.
