Chatter Bots is a staff forum.  It is a place to share, discuss and debate customer experience you are delivering or experiencing across our organisation e.g. share ideas, techniques, learning and professional experience to support each others' development. All discussions are staff led therefore there is minimal stewarding of this forum.  All staff should behave in accordance with the Guidance Principles and any concerns raised directly with Customer Development.
