The Customer Academy has been developed to help us all achieve a shared understanding of what a good, customer experience looks like across the organisation. It aims to promote a customer-centric culture and will provide you with key information, self-directed learning and opportunities to engage with, and motivate, your peers.
Many people view customer service as a job for a few, when in fact it is a job for all. Whether or not you are in an external, customer facing role, every council employee shapes the customer experience.
