How we use your information – Booking training through Eventbrite

Organisational Development collects and retrains the information about you in this form in order to process, confirm and record your attendance on this training.  The information you provide will be used to process your booking.  We will also use it to contact you via Eventbrite regarding your booking and to undertake post-event evaluation.

The information you have provided in this form is also shared with the training provider, so they can process and record your attendance on the training.  This event will then be recorded on your personal employee file.  This information will be held for the duration of your employment.

Details of your rights and obligations as an employee of Aberdeen City Council when attending any of our training can be found in the Employee Development Policy.

Your Data, Your Rights

You’ve got legal rights about the way the Council handles and uses your data, which include the right to ask for a copy of it, and to ask us to stop doing something with your data.
