CV/Application Surgery

This workshop aims to help you understand what employers are looking for, recognise your own skills and abilities and how to present these most effectively on your CV or application form. 

As well as offering tips on best practice, the surgery also offers individual support.  If you already have a CV or are in the process of completing an application form please bring this with you.  You might find also it useful to bring a laptop so that you can work on a ‘live’ document at the surgery. 

Interview Skills Workshop

This half day workshop takes you through interview best practice. It provides practical advice on presenting yourself confidently and positively at interview, how to structure your answers to questions, as well as tips on how to deal with nerves.
